Premium payment

Approved users of this site will be able to issue Certificates of Marine Cargo Insurance, the issue of which will generate an email ‘Invoice’ as confirmation of the premium and any fees payable.

Once per month Acis will provide all users with a ‘Statement’ of account by email providing payment details and all certificates where premium has not been received by Acis Cargo Underwriting Agency Limited.

Once you are ready to pay your statement, please log in to the site using your usual user ID & password and ‘tick off’ the certificates which you are paying using the site menu option ‘Outstanding Invoice’.

Once your premium has been received by Acis Cargo Underwriting Agency Limited, the appropriate certificates will be marked as ‘paid’ in the site.
